As Senior Vice President People & Culture, Uwe Stadelbauer is responsible for the human resources of the entire group.one.

A graduate of several prestigious management academies in Germany and Switzerland, Uwe holds a Global Executive MBA and was awarded by LIMAK for his achievements, studying in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Canada and China. Uwe looks back on 20 years of global professional experience as a management consultant and trainer for large companies, but also for numerous small and medium-sized enterprises. He has therefore known the market from a wide variety of perspectives for more than 30 years and has focused on digitalisation and transformation in the HR sector for more than 10 years.

One of his hobbies is recruiting, where he and his team have won the D-A-CH overall title twice, the Austria overall title three times and the Best Recruiters Standard industry title eight times in a row in the past 10 years.
