We are committed to reducing our environmental footprint and integrating sustainability into our core operations. Since 2022, we have focused on lowering emissions, increasing the use of renewable energy, and improving resource efficiency—driving responsible growth and long-term value for our stakeholders.

Fully committed to achieve Net-Zero emissions by 2040

As a digital service provider, our environmental footprint primarily stems from the energy consumption of our data centres and cloud-infrastrucutre. To address this, we launched a transition plan to decarbonise our operations, targeting net-zero emissions by 2040. 

Our plan is built on a strong strategy that uses targeted emission reduction measures aligned with our business goals, positioning sustainability as both a competitive advantage and a source of long-term value.

This initiative represents a core strategic priority, underscoring our strong commitment to significantly reduce our environmental impact. It also aligns with our broader objective to contribute meaningfully to the goals of the Paris Agreement.

Our latest achievements are:

Validation of the company’s 2030 emission reduction target by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), confirming the company’s commitment to science-based decarbonisation and best practices.
96% of data centres are powered by renewable energy.
Continued efficiency improvements driven by infrastructure consolidation

We launched our first global inclusion survey showcasing a strong signal of employee engagement and trust.
We rolled out global inclusion training across all regions, targeting consistent awareness.
We maintained 31% of women and gender-diverse profiles despite our growing team, demonstrating our efforts in gender representation.

We also foster our governance, through code of conduct and ethical guideline policies, and ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain transparency with our stakeholders.

We have implemented AI guidelines, ensuring a transparent approach to AI deployment across products and operations.
We expanded our ISO 27701 certification, now covering our largest region (DACH) strengthening our privacy information management framework and reinforcing our responsible approach to handling customer data.
We expanded our ISO 27001 certification across the group.
