The two businesses are highly complementary in a number of key areas. group.ONE is a leading provider in the Nordic and Benelux markets while the dogado group is focused on German-speaking countries. The firms will also benefit from complementary product offerings and capabilities and will serve an extended set of customer needs, such that the combined group is a leading one-stop-shop provider of online presence solutions. Both companies have strong financial track records and expect to benefit from structural growth market trends driven by digitalization of SMEs and complexifying customer expectations around digital marketing.
